Communication is key. Often there is no time for mistakes or misunderstandings. The purpose of this page is to help establish some understanding of what we need to do the job the way you need it to be done.

To help us better understand what you require, here are some commonly used terms and what they mean to us.
Delivery - Starts at your location to be delivered to another location.
Pick Up - Pick up at an outside location and return the material to your location.
Roundtrip - Starts at your location delivered to an outside location and retrieving material to return to your location .
Reverse Roundtrip - Starts at an outside location, returned to your office and retreiving material to go back to the outside location.

When placing an order for a pick up, we will need additional information. We are familiar with your layout and where to pick up at your office, but when we are requested to pick up from an outside firm we need to know specific details. Street address, company name, floor / suite number and contact person. Providing this information will ensure a timely pick up and help you to avoid any wait time charges. We have become pretty good at being detectives so if the information is not available, just let us know and we'll do the best we can.

If the package is due a certain time, please let us know. This information will help us to establish the priority of your material. It also offers us an opportunity to communicate any concerns we may have regarding the deadline. If the weather is bad or there are exceptional traffic conditions, we may not be able to deliver to Newton within 45 minutes. We would like to express these concerns to you at the time of the call, allowing for secondary options or to alert the person waiting for the material.

The size of material is important as well. We need to know what type of vehicle to send you. If you have boxes, we don't need to know the weight, just the number of boxes. If the material is an unusual size, like a large poster, we may need to send a van or a truck. Also, if you have fragile material it's good to let us know when placing the order and to indicate this on the package.
